Custom Solutions
3D-Printed Inductors: In addition to dimensional accuracy and increased rigidity, optimized 3D-printed inductors often offer longer service life. Thanks to access to our in-house printer, we have full flexibility to meet your needs and can deliver complete inductors with all necessary attachments.
Repair of Hardening Transformers and Output Transformers: Contrary to common belief, hardening transformers do not have to be disposable items. We are happy to repair and optimize your damaged transformers. Even sheared screws and damaged mounting parts on output transformers are no problem for us.
Special Ceramics: We are also happy to advise you on special ceramics for supports, guides, and more.
Spray Heads: We supply both conventionally manufactured spray heads and 3D-printed solutions made of metal or plastic. If you need to harden large rotationally symmetric components, we can also provide spray heads with adjustable diameters.

3D-Printed Inductors: Whether you need inductors optimized for the required heating pattern, inductors that incorporate additional peripheral components, or multi-coil inductors ("glasses inductors") for simultaneous homogeneous heating of multiple parts—we can deliver it. We also supply our 3D-printed inductors complete with all necessary attachments.
Quick-Change Systems: We offer retrofittable solutions for all systems that allow fast inductor changes. With just a few steps, you can replace an inductor within seconds. We also now offer systems for automated switching of complete external oscillating circuits.
Switches: For systems where joining processes need to alternate, we offer the ability to switch between multiple outputs.
Capture & Replay: Save your best temperature-controlled tests and turn them into a recipe that no longer requires pyrometry. With Capture & Replay, that’s entirely possible.

Stop & Go: For systems requiring up to 200 kW of power, we can often implement temperature control that allows a Stop & Go mode without needing to discharge material from the line.
