Modular System Architecture
CEIA offers modular equipment for your system. The excellent generator technology – already in the standard version – can be individually expanded with peripherals such as pyrometers, thermal cameras, wire feeders, and much more. The software can also be upgraded with a data logger, web server, or temperature profile solution.
If this scope is not enough, we offer customized solutions, including switching systems, quick-exchange devices for inductors, or particularly flexible and low-loss coaxial cables.
Stand-alone or fully automated
The systems we offer are perfectly suited for integration into fully automated production lines. You decide whether to use your own solutions for data logging, recipe management, and temperature control via your machine control, or to let our controllers take over all these tasks, with your system only starting and stopping the process.
Many processes can also be implemented completely independently at manual workstations or semi-automated setups. Thanks to numerous add-ons, we can offer you excellent stand-alone solutions.
With the "System 400" and "System 900", we already offer compact solutions for low-power applications – with integrated temperature control, recipe management, and peripheral control.
